You may request (i) to access your Personal Data, including the specific pieces of your Personal Data that we maintain, and (ii) that we provide your information in a portable format to you or your authorized representative (i.e., the right to data portability ).
You may have the right to (1) request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data that we collect, use, and disclose and to access your Personal Data, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your Personal Data, (3) request correction of inaccurate Personal Data, (4) opt out of processing of certain Personal Data (such as sensitive data), and (5) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights – for example, we will never deny you goods or services, charge you a different rate, or provide a different quality of goods or services because you exercised any of these rights (“Data Subject Requests”).
If any “Personal Data” is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that your “Personal Data” be corrected or completed.
Subject to Applicable Laws, you may have any of the following rights: the right to request access to, or copies of, your Personal Information that is processed by AGCO; the right to request correction of any inaccuracies in your Personal Information; the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the Processing of your Personal Information; the right to object to the sale, renting, or sharing of your Personal Information; the right to request, on legitimate grounds: erasure of your Personal Information that is processed by AGCO; and restriction of Processing of your Personal Information is processed by AGCO; the right to have your Personal Information transferred to another Controller, to the extent applicable; where we Process your Personal Information on the basis of your consent, the right to withdraw that consent; the right to appeal a previous decision AGCO has made about your privacy rights; and the right to lodge complaints regarding the Processing of your Personal Information with an appropriate Data Protection Authority.
